Currency

Every price on our store, and every charge to your card, is in United States dollars (USD). What you see at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise conversions on our end. If your bank holds a card in another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fees, which are a matter between you and your bank.

Your payment is processed securely through trusted gateways, and we never see or store your full card details.

When you are charged

Your card is authorized the moment you place your order, and the charge is captured as we prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed before our 5:00 PM ET cutoff begin handling that same business day. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, transit runs 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within an estimated 7 to 10 business days of the day you order. Billing accuracy

We do our best to keep every price, description, and total exactly right. Now and then a genuine error slips through, a mistyped price or a total that does not add up, and when it does we would rather be honest about it than hold you to a mistake. If we spot an error on an order you have placed, we will reach out to you before charging or shipping, so you can choose to go ahead at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Please make sure your billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout, since that helps us get your order to the right place without delay. Free shipping

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum to reach and no code to enter. The price you see is the price you pay, shipping included. That is part of keeping things honest and unhurried, one less thing to worry over.

Returns, refunds, and chargebacks

If a piece is not right for you, you have a 30-day window from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Because every return needs its own instructions and return address, please email us first at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will send you everything you need. Kindly do not ship anything back before you hear from us, as returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. The full details live in our Refund Policy.

If something about a charge concerns you, please come to us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A quick note to support@ameliajames-savannah.com almost always resolves it faster than a formal dispute, and we would much rather help you directly. Our 30-day return window and 7-business-day refund promise are here precisely so you never have to go that route.
