Shipping Policy

At Amelia & James Savannah, we ship every order the way we do everything else, with care, and with the easy, unhurried spirit of the Georgia coast. This page tells you plainly where we ship, how long it takes, who carries your package, and what to do if something goes sideways along the way. No fine print, no surprises, just the honest details so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. Every order, from a single sundress to a full summer refresh, is packed by our small team and sent out from our operations in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay, and getting it to your door is on us.

Delivery Timeline

We believe in telling you the truth about timing up front, so here is exactly what to expect once you place your order:

  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, while we pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday, once your package is on its way.
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days from the day you order.

These are estimates offered in good faith. Weather, carrier volume, and the occasional holiday rush can add a day here or there, and we will always keep you posted if anything changes.

Depending on your address and what you have ordered, your package may travel with one of these trusted carriers:

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If it has been more than a couple of business days since you ordered and you have not seen a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will look into it right away.

Delivery Issues

Now and then a package runs late, gets marked delivered before it arrives, or goes missing altogether. If anything looks wrong with your delivery, please email us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. Our small team will chase it down with the carrier and make it right. You are never on your own with this.

Returns

We want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are handled personally, so please email us first at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as the address on this page is our business address, not a returns drop-off. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will find the complete details in our Refund Policy.
