Returns and Order Help, Please Email Us First

If you would like to make a return or you need help with an order, please email us first at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will guide you through every step and send you the correct return instructions and return address. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the warehouse address listed below is our business and operations address only, it is not a returns drop-off, so kindly wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. We offer free shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Orders placed before our 5:00 PM ET cutoff move first. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, transit runs 6 to 8 business days, and estimated delivery lands within 7 to 10 business days.
