What do you sell?

We are a small women's boutique carrying coastal-boho pieces from the light of the low country, easy dresses, breezy blouses and sweaters, a jacket for the marsh wind, and sandals you can walk all day in. Where do you ship, and is it really free?

We ship anywhere in the United States, and yes, shipping is free on every U.S. order with no minimum to reach. No fine print, no threshold, no surprise at checkout. You can read the full details on our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We like to tell you up front, honestly, so there are no surprises. Orders placed before our 5:00 PM ET cutoff begin processing that same day, and orders placed after it start the next business day. Here is the timeline once you order:

  • Handling: 1 to 2 business days while we pack your order with care.
  • Transit: 6 to 8 business days on its way to you.
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days from the day you order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way home. If you cannot find that email, or the tracking has not updated in a few days, write to us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will look into it for you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to open the box and feel like it was made for you. If a piece is not quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return eligible items. They should come back to us unworn, in their original condition, with the tags and packaging. The full details live on our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Returns start with a quick note to us, not a trip to the post office. Please email support@ameliajames-savannah.com with your order number and a line about what you would like to return, and we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back, so your return reaches the right place and is handled smoothly. Everything is spelled out on our Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and we have had a look to make sure everything is in order, we process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days after that to appear on your statement. You will find the details on our Refund Policy.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Of course. If you would like to swap a piece for a different size, color, or style, just email us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will walk you through it. It is the same easy, contact-first process as a return, and our team will help you find the piece that is right for you.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We are sorry if something arrived not as it should. Please email us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com with your order number and a photo if you can, and we will make it right at no cost to you. Our full return terms are on the Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with the express wallets you may already use, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted and processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We pack orders quickly, usually within 1 to 2 business days, so please reach out as soon as you can if you need to change an address, adjust a size, or cancel. Email us right away at support@ameliajames-savannah.com and we will do everything we can to catch it before it leaves. If your order has already shipped, we will help you sort it out with a return or exchange instead.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

First, have a look at the tracking link in your shipping email to see where your package is, since most orders that run a little slow are simply still in transit within the 7 to 10 business day window. If the estimated delivery date has passed, or the tracking looks stuck, please email us at support@ameliajames-savannah.com with your order number and we will track it down and take care of you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet. For now we ship only within the United States, so we can keep delivery free and the experience simple for our customers.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We are an online boutique, which is how we keep the collection small and considered and the prices honest. The Savannah spirit is in what we carry, and every piece ships to you from our team.
